Events

Events have played a big part in the history of Podda & Wren. 

The co-owners of Podda & Wren - Ash and Jonathan, had in fact, worked in tandem before. Jonathan's previous venture, Fellside Coffee - became part of Podda & Wren when we opened, becoming our events vehicle for serving incredible speciality coffee, and plant-based cakes. When trading as Fellside Coffee; Jonathan started from humble beginnings alongside the road at St Mary's Church serving passersby, using coffee, that had in fact been roasted by Ash, at his previous job. 

We decided to take it to the next level with Podda & Wren, and roast our own coffee, to use both on the van, and at the shop.
